[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no servicing as per amc | |
I am using eureka forbes water purifier around 20 years and having regular amc s. Last amc was for 3 years from 20/07/2017 to 18/072020. As per amc 2 free services per year to be provided. I received a sms on 23/11/2018 from eureka forbes that "mandatory service of your aquaguard due in dec 18 and a tachnician will visit" Till date that did not materialise. I complained thru[protected] on 9 march 2019 and was assured that technician will visit on sunday (10/03/2019) at 11 am. Name of person was informed thru sms. No body turned up Unable to understand why a company like eureka forbes has come down to such a low level. Now there is no consideration for a customer. Services has become horrible.
