Hi

I have purchased product Aquaguard water purifier (customer id: [protected] and order id: [protected]) from Eureka Forbes site.

This is to inform you that i have requested for return and refund policy on Tuesday(6th September 2016) as the product is not suitable for installation. The request id is #002345. Till now, no one has reached out to me to collect the product. No update on refund.
