Below is the copy of complaint sent by mail to customer care. It was lodged on 12/11/2017. It has neither been attended nor acknowledged.
I have 3 years of amc expiring on 04/03/2020.
Ever since you have outsourced your services it is very difficult to get any issue solved nor the franchise is helpful.
I lodged a complaint with the local franchise on m. No. [protected] on 30/10/2017 at 1 pm. But upto now the service person has not attended,
I tried to register complaint by giving a miss call time and again. I am getting error 503.
I tried to register complaint on another site, but i am not able to fill my mobile no. It does not get edited. So i am not able to register from there too.
Can you please see.

There was a time when while registering complaint from rmn, the operator used to address you by your name. He had entire records. Now sadly things have got really bad. Was this information helpful? |
