[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non completion of work in spite of having paid full amount in advance | |||||
Sir: I ordered Eurovigil security system from Eureka Forbes on 20 June 2016 and paid advance 10000 and the balance amount 49940 before installation. Partial work has been done in the last 10 months. Hardware is lying with me and it may become defunct after some time. The technicians involved have stopped responding to my telephone calls. Even their superior has not responded to my email.
