[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — non-compliance of commitment | |||
I have purchased one dr. Aquaguard megna hd ro (Nxt) on 18.12.2017 from your divisional sales office at kolkata through your sales representative mr. Mridul kanti roy.. At that time, my old aquaguard i-nova had 3 years amc (December 2016 to december 2019) with your company. The sales representative initially told me that amc charge of residual 2 years will be paid back to me. Accordingly i handed over a cheque for rs.16190 to him for the new one and he issued a quotation to me. When i asked about the refund of 2 years amc charge, he told me that 2 years amc will be extended after 1 year warranty of the new aquaguard and a document in this regard will be send to me by post within 15 days. He also assured me that a aquaguard cover will be provided to me. Unfortunately till today i have not received any document and cover. Meanwhile, i have taked to him over phone for several times. Everytime he is telling that the document has been processed and will be send to me and the cover is not available. Was this information helpful? | |||
