Eureka Forbes — Non delivery of product purchased online through Eureka Forbes website

Hi, I had purchased one of the products of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard (AQUASURE NANO RO) from Eureka Forbes online portal, i.e. http://www.eurekaforbes.com/ShoppingCart/ on 1st of Mar 2015 but requested product has not been delivered to shipping address yet. I lodged a complaint on 11th Mar 2015 regarding this at customer care # 39883333 and they provided me reference number of the same as 91430202. I am calling them approx 2-3 times daily and they have no specific reason for this delay delivery. I asked them to return my money on 14 Mar 2015 but they asked me to wait for some more time, I today itself called to know status, but as usual their is no response. I just got a call from Vineet (Aquaguard CC executive) and he said we don't have this product available, please purchase some other! I requested him to return my money, but hes not sure when can be it possible. Please find resolution for same or its better if they can return my money with penalty.
