[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Non installation of Water purifier since 4 days

My name is Nagamallaiah M. I have purchased Aquaguard Geneus water purifier on 15 Oct. 2014. The sales person Mr. Saravanan/ Murugesan (+91 [protected]/ [protected]) have promised that the installation would be done by 16th Oct. by evening. However, we have waited until then and contacted them the next morning on 17th Oct. But they've stopped answering calls since then. We waited for another day and now have contacted the customer care. They are further delaying the process by saying they would require another 24hrs to resolve the issue. Due to this unnecessary delays, we have postponed our professional and personal commitments. Yet the installation is not completed. We are totally disappointed and helpless with the service and response and worried about the future service problems from Eureka Forbes.
