[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non-service even under amc | |||
I have been trying to get service for my EURO CLEAN WET/DRY product from local franchise as well as from company since two months. No one cares to attend complaints. Company's customer service section is loaded with thick skinned fellow otherwise one can not be deaf towards customer complaints. Most horrible thing is that EUREKA FORBES customer service number is never working. SMS complaints never attended. Umpteen number of times I lodged complaints online but the system produced reply with complaint number came once. Ref: 2CE9087570 dated 6/8/2014. Local service unit girl called and intimated that service person will come to me on 7/8/2014. At least half a dozen times we wasted calls and money to know whether the service person really coming as we have to make available someone home to attend them. It is just horrible experience with EUREKA SERVICE.. BE IT AQUA/CLEAN PRODUCTS. Was this information helpful? | |||

See sir, it is heart burning with bloody Murali and band, who are not only thick skinned, but ruthless. They assure and do not care to attend. I am unhappy with your company management also for not being upto date in communications. your cust service phones do not work, people dont work.
Only for selling products your people are prompt and not servicing even under AMC, which is unpardonable.
