We have purchased an aquagaurd water purifier (classic model) in 2013-14 with three year comprehensive AMC. The routine servicing of ibid aquagaurd was done upto 21.01.2016 and the next servicing was due on 22.07.2016. However none of your authorized reps visited us for completing the already overdue servicing till date. In this regard we have lodged complaints whose details are as under

We are surprised and shocked with the above ineptness shown by your office which is known for its customer hospitalities. Due to non servicing of ibid water purifier, many of our staff members have suffered various water born diseases.
Please take necessary action urgently.
