[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not attended complaint after request being raised past five days | |||
Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO Reviva I did purchase water purifier Reviva RO, With in a span of few months filter stopped working, I had run around to find a technician to get it repaired .After few days, post repair, now system has stopped responding and none of them at the call center(Req.ID-[protected])are bothered to looking at the request its been 5 days since I have raised the request. every time they call they try to give a new request id and tell me it will be looked in to it . Felt like not to buy any of the Eureka Forbes products as I have using most of the their products as they just work fine until product demo and grab money.I still insist my friendly users not to buy any of they products as they don't respond to you later - regards, Kiran Was this information helpful? | |||

Atlast, some one got to repair and its working now, still i don't recommend this product from eureka forbes as we have to do fire fighting to get things done, had lot of time and money to find some one to fix the issue, call center team does nothing but just you that did their part and go home, if you want to still go-head and buy, a great salute to that customer.
