My RO under AMC contract no[protected] dated[protected] is for 2 years. (1)The same is not attended as per schedule fixed by company. (2)Replacement of consumables per year has not been provided after completion of one year. (3)At 10:57:33 hrs of[protected], I received message from AM-EUREKA " Your service request number [protected] has been allocated to technician Mr BASUDEV DAS ([protected]) It will be attended shortly-Eureka Forbes. At 11:04:54 of[protected], again I received message from AM-EUREKA " Your service request number [protected] has been completed by service technician Mr BASUDEV DAS -Eureka Forbes.However, no one attended my home/RO system.
