I have purchased water purifier SENSA Blue G 5 years back. The item is under AMC. I requested the company for service/attend fault through customer care at Chennai (Tel. No. [protected]) on 22/4/15 vide complaint No.81215632, thereafter I requested more than 4 to 5 times till date but no one is detailed/reported. It is not understand as to howmany days we need to wait. Kindly advise further course of action on the issue/ poor responsibility.
