[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — not attending within 48 hours after complaint

I done my complaint on July 1st and I got message on that day only the technician name and phone number that he will be attending. But no one came came and that guy is not lifting. I took AMC also. I called to customer care and they also did not help me out. From last two days I am calling and my problem is not solved. If problem comes then only we will call. Otherwise no one will call. If you cannot attend the complaint some action you should take. Sitting at home at waiting for the technician to come.

I do not understand why they require 48 hrs at all when they are mostly operating in urban areas... People are dependent on them for a vital substance like water and they are very much unresponsive... aquaguard is bound to improve or die its natural death.. a lot of difference between service over phone and repair at site...
