As our aquaguard is not working since last 1 week. We already taken below action but still no one come to solve our issue.
1) Firstly we logged ticket from distributor, that time one of your member came to check the machine. After that he told us one part is not working so we will replace with-in 1 or 2 days. Now more than 3-4 days over but still no one come to solve the issue and if we call then not given proper solution which was very un-satified for customers.
2) After that we logged ticket by online for the same but still there is no any action taken for the same. Was this information helpful? |
