Hi,
This is regarding the complaint raised on 4th of august of 2017. After raising the complaint, the technician came to our place and identified the problem with the aqua guard magna. He informed that the pcb and lamp needs to be repaired, as he was not sure if it was available in stock he provided his manager's no (Mr. Sunil - [protected]). After contacting mr sunil, he ensured that the parts will be sent through a technician within a day. Even after following up with him on alternate days there is no progress. He promised that the part is dispatched and technician will fix it today, but when i called him today, he said he is out of station and have no idea about it. He gave another number and asked to contact ([protected]) which is always giving an engage tone.
Could you please help to sort it out?

Till now, none contacted even though the service team has it. Please help to resolve issue.
