[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — not satisfied with product dr aquaguard geneus + | |||
I have purchased dr auqua guard geneus + last year in may 2018. And from last month i have faced some problems in this ro. On every complaint technician come and clean filter and problem was solved. Now technician said you need to change filter otherwise you will be faced this problems frequently. My aquaguard is in warranty period and technician said filter changing is not include in warranty period and you have to pay for filter. My complaint is against aquaguard company if you give such a costly product and if it doesn't work well at least 1 year.. Then what is meaning of my purchase of costly product.. And after that company give 1 year warranty and company denie to change filter in warranty period than what is meaning of that warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||
