Eureka Forbes — One month product robo vac & map not working | |||
I PURCHASED ROBO VAC & MOP ON 24.11.20, ITS WATER TANK IS NOT WORKING WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE, MADE COMPLAINT TO COMPANY EXECUTIVE, HE LODGED COMPLAINTS VERY LATE AFTER REPETITIVE REQUEST. BUT OF NO USE, THEN COMPLIANT WAS MADE THROUGH CUST CARE WHICH WAS ALSO OF NO USE, THEN EMAIL WAS SENT MADE TO Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in but till date nothing resolved. some one came to attend on 15.01.2021 and assured that water tank will be replaced within one week. but its over 12 days nothing happened I REQUEST TO REPLACE THE ITEM OR REFUND THE MONEY OR REPLACE WITH NEW ITEM LAUNCHED RECENTLY. Its quite surprising that free demo for product buy is attended by company within few minutes of log in of request but customer grievances are not attended at all Was this information helpful? | |||
