[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Order confirmed no further status information | |||||
I purchased euroclean litevac online from www.eurekaforbes.com on 12th january 2017. I have not yet received my product. I paid online. To know the status of my order i called on eureka forbes ecommerce help line[protected] several times, after ivr the keep playing music and no one picks the call. I kept holding the phone for 10 15 20 mins but no one picks the call. Even after trying to connect with customer service 20-30 times same thing happens, no answer from other side. This was my worst my worst experience buying something online. I feel like i have become victim of fraud. I want to cancel my order by i can not find a way to do so on eureka forbes website.
