I purchased a gwpddrcmt00000 dr. aquaguard compact (invoice no.[protected] on 13.01.2016 from eureka forbes ltd. (salesperson-mr. biplob ghatak chowdhury, code[protected].
The said machine went out of order 04 times since installation. the technicians informed that the circuit board has been damaged and the same was replaced 04 times, the last time being 31.10.2016. they could not detect the actual fault.
Hence i feel disturbed through purchasing such a defective machine. i think that a faulty machine has been sold to me at full price. it will be impossible for me to bear repairing charge after the expiry of warranty period from january 2017 onwards.
In view of above i request you to kindly replace the set, dr. aquaguard compact machine to avoid future inconvenience as a very case and to save the reputation of your concern.
