[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Overcharging and non-issue of purchase document for aquaguard and iron remover | |||
I have purchased an aquaguard and an Iron remover from one of your Kolkata Agents on November 18, 2016. The equipment, delivered at my residence by DHL Courier on 19.11.2016, did not accompany any purchase documents, namely, Tax Invoice/Cash memo. The only document under my possession for the aquaguard is the copy of a Delivery Challan that mentions the price of the equipment that is much less than the amount that I had to pay. A buy back price of Rs.500.00 for my old aquaguard was not deducted from the amount mentioned in the Delivery Challan. For the Iron remover I don’t have any purchase document at all. Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.

CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
