[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Pathethic AMC service for my Aquasure Nano | |||||
Good day, Its very frustrating to say about our renowned water purifier brand Eureka Forbes ( Aqua Sure). My nano RO is under AMC for two years wef from Feb 2016 to Feb 2018. From February to present there has been already two times break down of the RO which they repaired after so much negotiations, It seems they hire very poor quality of technician and the spare parts are not at all genuine as genuine spare parts can't break down every now and then. I made the biggest mistake of my life of getting two years contract with them. Now I feel I should cancel the contract with them as they are providing very poor service. If it's break down the technician blame the water sources, it's very disgusting. Do not fall in prey for AMC specific for Eureka Forbes Was this information helpful? | |||||
