[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Pathetic after sales service | |||
I have purchased Aquasure Amrit a few months ago and complained to their helpline on 29th Nov 2015 that there is a problem with the unit. Water is not getting filtered inspite of changing the filter (or whatever its called) Have been following up repeatedly and today after 04 days, thet are yet to visit my place to solve the issue. The customer care executives are just not bothered ad simply pass on their senior's number without taking any action. I spoke to the Area Incharge yesterday who is also making false promises that the complaint will be attended. And wow, today he is not answering my calls. Would never recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone... they just make things look good in advertisements... reality is absolutely opposite. Was this information helpful? | |||
