[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — pathetic delivery and sales process

Ordered a geneus + online order [protected] and the sales executive committed delivery and installation in 2 days, its been 5 days and nothing happened so far. For the last 3 days been getting calls and emails that product out for delivery but no one turns up this is followed by lies and excuses... Vehicle broke down etc. This is the level of pathetic service on delivering the product, imagine how pathetic the service is going to be...

The service technician came to service our Nano filter he change the filters and opened the machine but did not fix it back properly and the drain pipie were old and were cracking when asked him to change it he said he will get tomorrow and it's been 2 months almost and he still not coming and cutting of the phone
