[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — pathetic delivery and sales process | |||
Ordered a geneus + online order [protected] and the sales executive committed delivery and installation in 2 days, its been 5 days and nothing happened so far. For the last 3 days been getting calls and emails that product out for delivery but no one turns up this is followed by lies and excuses... Vehicle broke down etc. This is the level of pathetic service on delivering the product, imagine how pathetic the service is going to be... Was this information helpful? | |||
