I have been Aquaguard customer for the past 7 years. Had complained in June that aquaguard(which i purchased last year) is not working. Technician came in June and couldnot resolve the problem.
Then again he came in August and tried solving the issue. While solving he removes the PRV(Pressure reducing valve)
and tries a lot things and then mentions that due to high pressure, the water filter has busted.
Have 2 questions here :
1. How can filter get busted with PRV?
2. Why did he remove PRV?
Still we paid him Rs 1850 to get a filter replacement. He shows that the Aquaguard is working and leaves.
He says that he has adjusted the water pressure and Aquaguard is safe to use now.
Immediately after he leaves, aquaguard stops working. We call him again and he comes after 2 days,
again after doing some checks, water filter is again broken and will need to be replaced and was asking Rs 1850.
1. How does a new water filer breakdown 10 mins after the technician is gone.
2. He had assured that water is adjusted and Aquaguard is safe to use. Does the technician even have proper knowledge of product and training.
