Our machine was non functional from october 2016 (After it was installed) till february 11th 2017 due to the incompetence of your team. [protected]@gmail.com Subject: escalation: ticket# [protected] Hi milind, As discussed, i would like to reiterate again as to how frustrated i am and how scary it feels to think that i would be left at the mercy of mcr (Your support partners in kharghar region) for any future support. They have an incompetent team which could not solve my problem for the last 3 months and to top it their boss mr shankar reddy, treats customers as if they are beggars who are at his mercy to get any sort of help. Mcr is the worst and unprofessional organisation that i have had the misfortune to deal with. Eurekha forbes support has not been top class either because one of your representation has visited my home thrice but was unable to provide a solution. Aquaguard superb, has been useless to me since the day it was installed (26th oct 2016); the machine has never functioned for more than 2 days. As you claim to be the highest level of escalation in navi mumbai, i now bank on your expertise to help me out. Also i would want aquaguard to compensate me for this 3.15a months downtime plus the mental agony you caused me and my family and leave of absence i had to take from work to find a solution to this problem by following up with your team on regular basis. We have been happy customers of aquaguard since more than 10yrs, and hence when we moved to a new house, aquaguard was the obvious choice for us, but what has transpired till now has left us deeply pained.
