Dear Eureka,
With deep regret would bring to your notice that my friend for life did not even took care for 1 year. I have lodged complain # [protected] dated 08.08.14, which is still not attended. After horrendous follow-up, Several Technician came from Mulund office, but did not turn up after seeing the machine. In-fact one of the technician, removed the original part (some eletronic) & replaced with a faulty one which did not work in front of him. He promised to return to take the machine to workshop, but no one turned up.
Have also massaged the regional service head - Mr Pradeep on the number provided ( [protected]) but he did not turn back. Have also personally met one of the executive with the complain number, who in turn promise to revert in 2 days, but never turned up.
I have been made to run from pillar to post, but none of your technician have made my machine work. Everyone was waiting for the guarantee to expire, so that they can charge for the service. I have already spend Rs 400 on the service to one of the guy, who did not return money inspite of machine not working.
With deep regret, I show my dis-satisfaction to the level of commitment to resolve customer problem, it comes from the top.
You may check the amount of sms & calls been done via my number to your service help, but in vein. I needed the machine most during the rainy season, but since nothing moved, I lost the hope. Now with deep anxiety, I am writing this mail.
Also to my surprise today, when I tried expediting the complain, it says invalid ticket number as if my problem is been solved.
