Eureka Forbes — Poor Customer Service and Fraud | |||
Its been just 4 months I purchased a UV enhance water purifier from Eureka Forbes @ India Trade Fair in Pragati Maidan and I'm facing problems with the unit. I've already placed a complaint on their helpline which remains unattended till date and we are facing problems and the water is scarce. Another fire extinguisher we purchased from eureka forbes and we were promised that an insurance agent would pay us a visit in one month and we are still waiting its been almost 5 months.
