I am surprise to read the slogan of the company "paani ka doctor". I would like to bring in the notice of all that eureka forbes is totally insensitive towards the customer's complaint. I am lodging my complaint since march about my uv + ag enhance but your untrained technician was not able to get it repaired. Now i have again lodged complaint on 15th aug.[protected] and again on 19th aug[protected] but all in vain even the company is not bother to send the technician. So this is how they work. Today on 23rd their server is down so they can not escalate the complaint. I left with no other option to get my right through legal ways... Which i am going to do. Was this information helpful? | |
