Dear Sir/ Madam
It is known fact that people go for Brand name, pay higher for better service, quality and satisfaction. But your organization does not beleave it.
We have a service contact vide Contract Receipt no[protected] dated 8.5.13 for 3 years w.e.f 8.5.13 to 7.5.16.
It is understood that your people should come and change the Candles at each 6 month. But it is not followed.
(1) I called them on 25.11 and request no was 74081221. The Technician appeared on 5th December at odd hours i.e.at 3.00PM without any information or phone call. Thanks God that my Husband was at room.
(2) The Technician Mr, Manish Singh came along with other person, just cleaned the Candles and left .
(3) I came and called him in his mobile no[protected], but as per him as the candles were OK, they did not feel it to clean. And he refused to come again and told to lodge another request.
(4) I again called your company on same day and request no was given 89071341. Till today( 7.12.13) no one has come.
Sir why such embarrassment after paying money to you? Why not the services are done as per the contact?
It is ridiculous.
I hope, your company should take care on Customer interest that to "time pass" by your service people.
