I HAVE PURCHASED AN AQUA GUARD TOTAL SENSA MODEL INTHE YEAR 2008 FROM YOUR CHENNAI ANNA NAGAR BRANCH . EVAR SINCE I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT THE MACHINE ENCOUNTERD MANY PROBLEMS BUT YOUR SERVICE PERSONNEL NEVER ATTENDED TOTHE PROBLEMS IN TIME . NEVER DID THEY ATTENDED TO THE PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION. THE MOTOR WAS CHANGED 0N[protected] ON COMPLAINT OF LEAKAGE OF WATER FROM THE BOTTOM . NOW YESTERDAY[[protected]] ASTHE REJECT WATER IS EXCESSIVE, IMADE A COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AT CHENNAI. THE TECNICIAN WHO VISITED MY HOUSE STATED THAT THE MOTOR HASTO BE CHANGED ONCE AGAIN [EVEN THOUGH THE MOTOR WAS CHANGED ONLY 6 MONTHS BACK] AND I MUST PAY RS.3500/PLUS SERVICE CHARGES FOR THIS . NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER THE QUQLITIY OF YOUR MOTOR IS SO INFERIOR THAT IT CAN LAST ONLY FOR 6 MONTHS?
