Eureka Forbes — Problem not resolved | |||
I purchased aquaguard's new model i.e compact water purifier on 15/03/2013.From last 2-3 months i.e apr'14-june'14, suddenly, I saw impurities in the water.I lodge a service request on the website. Though the technician visited us but the problem wasn't solved & surprisingly he casually said that they are receiving the same complains for the same model from other customers also & the point is there's NO SOLUTION for the problem.We had used the previous model of the aquaguard water purifier wherein we were very satisfied but since the parts were not available and as per the technician the model has become obsolete, parts not available and with no other alternative, we had to purchased the new model i.e compact & now after 1 yr. we are getting this type of service.Kindly help.SincerelyMr. j r dey[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
