[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Product came out to be faulty within a month of purchase and pathetic response from Eureka | |||||
Purchased Aquaguard magna HD RO on 15th May 2016 and the product started throwing issues within a month of its purchase. After multiple complains the technician came, repaired it then and assured us of no show further. However, again during last month the machine started behaving improper. I registered a complain again (Ref no.[protected] days back and I was told that the technician would visit within 2 working days. Till date, neither anyone from Eureka has visited nor they have responded properly on my multiple attempts to reach them. I received text message yesterday saying that the issue has been assigned to someone and after few minutes I again received a text saying that it has already been closed. How did it get resolved without the visit of technician to my place ??? It is surprising to get these kind of communication from representatives of Eureka Forbes. Hope to get the quick response now in helping me out to replace this faulty product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
