Dear Sir, 03rd September, 2016. By paying Rs10, 490/-(online) on 22nd Augst, 2016 I ordered your above referred product for my residence at H.No.12-2-342/A, "NASHEMAN", Muradnagar, Hyderabad-500028. The unit was delivered on 30th August. After a reminder your technician Mr.Shanker came for installing it. The product was found leaking. I asked for its replacement. Mr.Srinivas of your local office informed that it can only be repaired by replacing the broken part. He asked me to contact the technician for the job. Mr.Shanker now says that he can come only in the evening for the work. I am very sorry for this state of standard in product and service of a company of this stature. It can be expected of a company of 'fly-by-night' stature common these days but certainly of EUREKA FORBES. Please note that I have made the payment in advance. Again, I am yet to receive the promised gift of "WATCH" promised to be delivered even before the product is delivered. Please look into matter urgently and take necessary action. SYED ILYAS BASHA.
