[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Product has not been delivered but received delivery email

Hi Please be informed that i purchased Aquaguard Reviva UV from online Eureka Forbes on 12-Apr-2017 and receive email from Eureka Forbes Team on 14-Apr-2017 saying that product has been delivered at my shipping address but it wasn't done hence i felt worried so i called up the customer care after waiting for some days and also dropped an email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com.

First day i spoke to a guy Name Diwakar he said that sir we are getting in touch with our order management team about POD and will back to you in 24 hours but nobody called me then after 24 hours i called again and spoke to Sandeep he also told me the same thing and asked me to wait for 24 hours but still i didn't get a single call from Eureka Forbes then i called third time and spoke to guy Name Bala and he told me different story this time that the due to wrong address the product was not delivered and now we are reattempting the delivery and will be done by Monday 24-Apr-2017.

I am putting this email because i am concerned about my money and product both and also after such a serious issue being happened with customer nobody is bothered to call me
