[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Product not received after 1 month from being ordered | |||
My name is Smit Vasudev and I had ordered a vaccum cleaner from Euerka forbes website on 05/04/2015 and till date I have not received the product. I called Eureka Forbes customer care number many times a all I could get is "We"have forwarded your request to concerned department and it will be resolved within 24 hrs". Eventually I got call from courier service and they said we have your product and invoice says Cash on delivery when I had already paid for the product online. I have called Eureka Forbes customer care many time to send a mail or contact the courier service ant rectify the mistake but still no response has been received.
