I registered complaint for my aquasure RO+UV+MTDS as it is not working, on 22/02/2024. Technician came on 23/02/2024 and start blaming me that why I have not renewed my AMC through him. Then he try to convince me to buy new RO and my AMC amount will be adjust in new one. When I denied, he then spending 2 min with RO, said that it will take 2-3 days to repair and left. Since then nobody responded.i contacted customer care call center, I was assured that my complaint will be resolved within 24hrs but nobody responded. The I escalated the issue through mobile app option, still nobody responded. Then I made a mail complaint to customer care provided grievance email id, I was assured by Mr Rupak Bandyopadhyay that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours, still nothing happen. I again resend the mail, this time I didn’t even got a mail in response. Despite of availing GOLD AMC I don’t know when will my product will get repair. I am just waiting for response. I have small baby in my house. Despite of spending money in renewing AMC, my family is drinking water by purchasing from market on daily basis.
