[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — product purchased in july and have continuously called for demo but there has been absolutely no support | |||||
I have purchased the euroclean vaccum cleaner - health pro and post the purchase continuously been following up for a demo as the product when tried to do cleaning was not operating and hence wished to see the functionality but even after several complaints made there has been no support. When selling the product all big talks were given but when we actually required support there was absolutely nil support shown and this is very frustrating as after spending a good amount of inr 8, 000.00 the service is at zero levels. Product is lying without use for more than six months now and then will be said that it is not under warranty. This was not expected from a company as eureka forbes who is owned by shapoorji pallonji mistry. If no support is given i would be approaching shapoorji pallonji mistry directly with my grievances.
