I have ordered Eureka Forbes product from Flipkart on 11 November 2023.
On the installation day, I got to know that the product did not suit my requirements. According to engineer, the purifier needs 24 Hours water supply else I have to put a machine which means additional cost. I chose to return the product and have contacted Flipkart executive first. The Flipkart executive cited that product can only be returned with authorised brand seller i.e Eureka Forbes. Hence, I contacted eureka forbes executive at [protected]. I contacted both of them before the valid return period.
However, the issue is not resolved till date and it's been over 2 months now. I followed up with the company repeatedly over mail, customer care, twitter but to no avail. Everytime I reach out, they respond me with same templates - "your issue will be resolved at the earliest".
This is serious harrasment to a customer who has paid the cost in full without availing any benefit from it. Was this information helpful? |
