[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Product sold by misguide and fraudiantly extra money taken by sales person | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Warm regards!! I, Mr. Debyendu Chakraborty, with registered mobile no - [protected] and cust id - [protected], resident of c/o- sandhya medical, court more, asansol-713304. i purchased Dr.Aquagaurd magna HD RO+ on 01.12.2015 from one of the sales person of aquagaurd sales and service center located at saradapally, asansol-713304. The water is from bore well, and after a water test he told that TDS level is approx 400 mg/lit, so he recommended me this product. but after prolong use of 9 - 10 month, i am facing some health problem-like ankle pain, joint pain etc. i tested the water in a reputed lab with two samples as follow - BORE WELL – RAW WATER pH 7.05 Conductivity 670 Micro-Siemens TDS 415 Mg/liter DR.MAGNA HD RO-WATER pH 5.45 Conductivity 32 Micro-Siemens TDS 21 mg/liter As this water is acidic in nature and non-preferable for drinking, i don't have any other way else purchasing water from shop which is very costly. i talked to the head of sales and service - saradapally, eureka fobes, asansol, west bengal center.They are not able to solve the issue, and instructed me to renew the AMC for 1-2 year and under that they shall change the membrane which can provide a TDS of 120-150 Micro-Siemens, as this product is purchased long ago but till cover under warranty. As per Dr. Aquagaurd HD RO+ specification manual it is clearly written this product is recommended for high TDS 500-2000 mg/lit . Due to mis-guide by sales person at the time of purchase and myself don't have much knowledge about water analysis, i purchased this product. Even a token amount of Rs 500 as a token for booking collected by him till dated not refunded by him, and after enquiry i came to know he left the job. As this is a serious matter - having a kid in home, this water is harmful to health and prolong use may cause death, and i don't want to spend any more amount on this product. Finally, i am mailing you for a solution so that this case shall be taken care of immediately as a highly serious and important issue either by replacement of desired product or refund whichever applicable. hope to here from you soon.
