[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Product training as promised by their executive

Dear sir

As your executive mr. Raj kumar his conatct no[protected] has called yesterday & informed that he will come at 14:00hrs on[protected], but till now there is no response when i am following up he has kept his phone switch off.
Every time we are facing the same problem.
I didn't expect this type of service from eureka forbes.

Ours is Aquaguard Classic. The water flow is very slow. Tried calling call center but not connecting.Ours is under service contract.My mobile no. [protected].It takes an hour to fill 6 bottles.
