Eureka Forbes — Purchase of DETOX AIRpurifier; Not working from day one and no response from company

I bought air purifier from Eureka Forbes on 15 February 2015 and from day one it is not working. tried contacting the sales person but he did not attend calls. On 21st Feb2015 I called the customer care and lodged a formal complaint no. 80376462 dated 21st Feb 2015. Since then many calls from my side evoked no response. I feel cheated. Please help.
