My order [protected] purchased aquaguard purifier on april 2 and got delivered on april 19 as promised in a week time. Really pathetic. To add more on it still im still waiting for the installation. Its really painful chasing people all the time with no response from your end to my complaints. I cald customer care of eureka forbes and even ezone store where i purchased. Even visited the store several times and no response. Even after lodging so many complaints there is no update yet. Im so frustrated and want to return the product.
