[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Re-Installation not happened | |||
I have moved to a new location in Bangalore from Garebhavipalya to Electronic City on 22nd Feb 2015. Raised a re installation request (no[protected] for the Aqua Guard Enhance RO+UV model on 23rd Feb 2015. On 24th one service engineer called me and told that he is going to come next day (ie 25th Feb). Ok fine. On 25th I called that engineer and he replied that he is not going to come and he has given a number of a 2nd service engineer. I called 2nd service engineer and he told that he is going to come next day (ie 26th Feb). On 26th morning when I called that 2nd engineer he also replied the same as told by 1st engineer that he is not going to come. Some other service person will come to attend this request. I have raised a complain (no 91336606 dated 25th Feb 2015) but no action has been taken so far. I am really disappointed and thinking why I have taken Aqua Guard.
