Eureka Forbes — Re-installation request not acknowledged | |||||
Hi, We moved to new home. So had filed a service request with eureka Forbes 4 days bacj. They said in 48 hours technician will come and fix. But after 3 days also there was no response. To cross check when I called they asked me to re-register the complaint. When I asked why they r so inefficient they said they will come and fix today itself. But till now there is no response. I am not sure in what way I can approach them now for re-installation. So I am requesting you. Please do take some action and help me to get it reinstalled.
