I have two water filters registered under my name. When I tried to renew AMC for one of the filter online, I have selected wrong model which is already under AMC.
I called customer care for refund of Rs.3599 which was paid for the wrong product. Customer care representative {[protected]} said they cannot take a complaint to refund the amount and asked to reach out to online helpline support ([protected]). Online helpline support team is saying they cannot take refund request and asking me to contact customer care team. Every day I am making more than 10 calls, but issue is not resolved yet.
