I have purchased Eureka Forbes Air purifier (ACTON) on 29-Nov-2015. And I have request for return after 20 days. My refund is still due till date (08-MARCH-2016).

Dear officers I have been trying to get my return with both EMAIL and Customer Care phone calling.
Unfortunately both of the options are NOT responsive.

I have purchased Air Purifier ACTON and have requested on 20th Day after purchase for REFUND/RETURN.
Date of purchase online : 29-Nov-2015

Since then I have sent multiple EMAILs and phone calls to customer-care. I am still waiting for refund.

Its requested to you please REFUND the amount ASAP.

I have really had very bad experience with Eureka forbes customer care. I have been calling them each alternate day since I have requested for refund/return to there STD number[protected].

Each time I have been given a fake commitment to pickup the product within two days and refund will be initiated afterwards. Every time I have to share whole story to the executive. Unfortunately they discuss with their senior and update to as per there conversations.

There is no complaint ID or reference number given for each conversation.

Its really a very bad experience first time I had with online buy specially my own trust worthy company as I have customer of there products since 2006 and since then I have purchased four water purifiers from them (NOT from Online).
