[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — refund of amount on the cancelled water purifier | |||
I have booked dr aquaguard and paid an amount of rs.20, 490/- online with reference no. 10833364 dt. 26.5.2019. But, since the sales executive has failed to get my booked product installed at my home, i have cancelled the order vide my complaint ref no.[protected]. I got the call from customer care and they informed me that they will come back to me. But, since i did not get any response from them, i registered compliant no.[protected] again on 31.5.2019. But, even after registering compliants twice, i am not getting any proper response from the company on the refund of amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
