Eureka Forbes — Refund of EMI deduction after full settlement | |||
Hi, Iam Kavin Selva Kumar bought a water purifier Aqua guard magna hd on December 2014 through EMI scheme from sales rep Ramasundaram [protected], Eureka Forbes pallavaram branch. However I paid the full settlement on 12-Jan-2015 for an amount of Rs. 16790 including emi preclosure charges (Bill No: 042628). But after doing so, emi is deducted via cheque clearance on 16-Jan-2015 and through ECS on 15-Feb-2015. I had complained about this to Sales Rep on both these months, but I didnt get any refund. After so much followup they agreed to pay on April after submitting my Bank statement as a proof for deductions. Even after doing so, i never got my money back. This has been now 6 months there is no payment i received from eureka forbes. Sales rep and their higher officials are irresponsible and they are saying too many false commitments and wrong information. Im really frustrated on the service given by Eureka Forbes, I never experienced this kind of attitude from any industry. I need my money back with interest (1, 769.00+1, 769.00 = 3538.00 + Interest + Late payment charges). Best Regards, Kavin [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
