I have purchased aqua guard classic water purifier under Emi Scheme on19.12.2014 Rs 1000 was collected As advanced amount And was said that the Emi 919 would deducted from bank from the month of jan 2015 to oct 2015 ( ten Dues ) And cheque was collected from me . On the month Of Jan 16/1/2015 amt.919 was deducted On the month of Feb & march amount Rs. 1319 was deducted instead of Rs. 919 after making several calls & complaining in account dept cbe branch Mr. Vinoth the amount was rectified As Rs.919 from the month of april he also promised to refund the excess amount Rs 800 with in 15 day till today no amount has been refunded . May month due is also been deducted, again i have to contact Mr. VInoth for refund past one week he promise to callus back with 10 minutes with details he never calls us back he also blames his office staff Mr.ravi that he is not responsibile for it . today when i called him again he said he is in ooty he could not response us .really fed off such thing . When i contacted higher authority chennai office he said so the amount has refunded idon't know what mess is going on kindly make us to get the refund amount COUSTMER ID [protected] COUSTMER NAME BALESHWAR
