I am writing to outline an unresolved issue with Eureka Forbes regarding the service for my Aquaguard water purifier and the associated Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC). Despite previous communications and service requests (CM[protected], CM[protected], CM[protected] dated 7 February 2024, the issue remains unaddressed.
The core of the matter involves the booking of a service for the reinstallation of my Aquaguard water purifier under the AMC, for which I paid Rs 4049. Upon assessment, the technician advised that the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level of my residence's water, approximately 550 mg/l, was unsuitable for my current Aquaguard model. An installation of an RO system was recommended instead. After consideration, I decided against installing the RO system.
Given that the original service request cannot be fulfilled as the machine is not suitable for the water's TDS levels, I requested a refund of the AMC amount (Rs 4049) to be processed back to my original payment source. However, there has been no confirmation or communication regarding the initiation of the refund process.
